What does a Conveyancer do?
- A Conveyancer will prepare, review and lodge all legal documentation required to transfer a property from the vendor to the purchaser.
- Represent you and your interest with the vendor's representative.
- Communicate with your bank
- Complete property searches
- Calculate adjustments of rates and any applicable outgoings on the property.
- Arrange and complete settlement
- Advise Council, Water (and Owners Corporation if applicable) that the property has changed ownership.
